The Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser Money Back Guarantee applies to purchases made in the UK & Ireland on the following Veet products:

• Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser 250ml for Sensitive Skin
• Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser 250ml for Dry/Normal Skin

The Money Back Guarantee only applies if the consumer does not agree that Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser gives smoother legs in 2 weeks.

If you do not agree that the Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser gives smoother legs in 2 weeks, please provide the following details:

• Your dated receipt confirming your purchase of the Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser;
• Your name, address and contact telephone number;
• Your reason for dissatisfaction illustrating why you do not think Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser gives smoother legs in 2 weeks in the form of a 15 word statement; and
• The reverse of the promotional label of the Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser.
• Please send claims to the following address within 28 days of purchase. The closing date for receipt of claims is 1 October 2011.

No claims from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or photocopied claims or those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected.

To be considered valid the claim’s proof of purchase must be dated between 1 January 2011 and 1 September 2011 inclusive.

The closing date is 1 October 2011. The Promoter will accept claims received after 1 October 2011 if the claim is postmarked before 1 October 2011. Claims postmarked after this date will not be refunded. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date.

Only one claim is admissible per household.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims that are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Veet Hair Minimising Body Moisturiser as stated on the receipt up to a maximum of that product’s Recommended Retail Price, as determined by the Promoter. The refund will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.

The Money Back Guarantee is in addition to your normal legal rights and accordingly your statutory rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions and any dispute arising shall be governed by English law.

The decision by the Promoter is final in all matters relating to this Money Back Guarantee and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information provided to the Promoter may be processed by agents or 3rd parties acting on its behalf to administer your cheque.
